Return/Exchange Policy

  • Items must have tags still attached
  • Items must not have makeup or deodorant stains, animal hair, or cigarette smoke odor.
  • Item cannot be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: ALL LINGERIE (This includes all panties, all bras, all bralettes, babydolls, corsets/bustiers, matching sets, slips, and teddies/bodysuits). 
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  • Although original shipping is covered by Crisalis, made free to customers. For any refunded products/exchanged products, customers will need to cover shipping costs both ways: to the fulfillment center and shipping back to the customer.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • If you wish to return the items to us please contact us and our customer service will reply to you within 2 days.
  • Crisalis offers credit card refunds and store credit in form of gift cards for returns.
  • Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages, we do not ship ourselves. The original invoice must be included in your return packages. Final Sale on all lingerie (This includes all panties, all bras, all bralettes, babydolls, corsets/bustiers, matching sets, slips, and teddies/bodysuits). 
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date with photo proof.
  • Final sale items: all panties, all bras, all bralettes, babydolls, corsets/bustiers, matching sets, slips, and teddies/bodysuits, any items marked 50% off or more at the time of sale.
  • Crisalis is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen items. If your tracking number shows your package as “delivered” and you believe it to be lost or stolen, you can claim with your carrier.
  • Crisalis is not responsible for packaging that was damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged package, take a look inside to see if any of your items were damaged. If they were, you can file a claim with your carrier.
  • Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
  • If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
  • No exchanges for limited inventory.
  • Crisalis is not responsible for items lost or damaged during any sort of shipment.
  • It is required to fill out our RETURN form for approved refund/store credit. 
  • In the case, a refund/store credit is approved, the customer may pick between refund or store credit. If the customer chose the route to refund, we will refund the entire amount however it may exclude the deduction of charges. If any, which may include but not be limited to processing fees, shipping fees, taxes, in addition to the two-way shipping costs of sending and returning the said item(s). If the customer chose the route of store credit, he/she will be fully funded from the returned order. 
  • All refunds are subject to a return fee of 2.9% of your total order value.
